This unique and hypoallergenic treat is handmade by local farmers in the Himalayas using traditional methods. The almost lactose-free cheese is made from buttermilk by pressing out the water and drying it over low heat.

It is a low-fat (0 trans fats!) and very protein-rich product that contains plenty of casein, magnesium, calcium and antioxidants, making it a much healthier alternative to ordinary chew treats.
